The quest started in 2016 to follow the traditional old world
baking techniques of preparing and baking bread with only
Flour, Water and Salt.
ARTISAN BREAD
Our main offering is a handcrafted Organic Artisan Bread that is naturally leavened using a sourdough starter. The dough matures for 24 hours in the refrigerator (cool fermentation) to enhance the bread's flavor & increase the digestibility of the flour components.
Dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Toasted with a slather of butter
Toasted with avocado*
Toasted PB&J
Grilled cheese
Sandwich with fixings
Hearty Soup & Toasted Bread
Or
Simply tear a chunk off and eat it

Panelolo follows our Ohana tradition
by showing one's love through the gift of food
